Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the DFBooking Recruitment Services website and services. By using the website, creating an account, purchasing a service or submitting a form, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use paid services. Where a service involves minors (e.g. student applications), a parent or legal guardian must engage us on the minor’s behalf.

Section 3

Our Services

DFBooking provides professional recruitment, employer sourcing, career coaching, résumé services, study abroad guidance, university placement guidance, interview preparation, consulting and related support services. DFBooking does not issue visas, work permits, admission letters, or immigration approvals, and does not guarantee employment, admission, scholarships or visa outcomes. Final decisions rest solely with employers, educational institutions, embassies, immigration authorities and licensing bodies.

Section 4

Website Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in a manner that could damage or overburden our systems.

Section 5

User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@dfbooking.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Section 6

User Content

You retain ownership of documents, CVs, cover letters and other content you upload. You grant DFBooking a limited licence to store, process and share that content solely to deliver the services you have requested. You represent that all content you submit is accurate, lawfully obtained and does not infringe any third-party rights.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All website content, brand assets, logos, graphics, training materials, templates, downloads and software are owned by or licensed to DFBooking and protected by intellectual property laws. See our Copyright Notice for details.

Section 8

Acceptable Use

  • Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent information or documents.
  • Do not impersonate any person or entity.
  • Do not upload malware, harmful code or unlawful content.
  • Do not scrape, copy or reuse candidate, employer or student data.
  • Do not use the website for spam, harassment or unlawful solicitation.

Section 9

Third-Party Decisions

Employers, educational institutions, embassies, immigration authorities, licensing bodies and other third parties make independent decisions. DFBooking has no control over — and no liability for — those decisions, their timing or their outcomes.

Section 10

Payments & Fees

Paid services are billed in stages as described in our Payment Terms and Service Agreement. Fees are earned when work on a stage begins. Third-party costs (government, embassy, translation, courier, exam, licensing) are the client’s responsibility.

Section 11

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary, you may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of payment provided work on the relevant service stage has not started.

Section 12

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, submit fraudulent documents, threaten our staff or third parties, or engage in unlawful conduct. Fees already earned remain payable.

Section 13

Disclaimers

The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DFBooking disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Section 14

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DFBooking’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to DFBooking for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunities or expectations. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Section 15

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold DFBooking harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the services, or submission of false or unlawful content.

Section 16

Force Majeure

DFBooking is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government action, embassy closures, strikes, infrastructure failures or third-party outages.

Section 17

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws specified in DFBooking’s official business documentation, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Section 18

Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
