Refund Policy

DFBooking Recruitment Services operates a staged-service model. This policy explains when refunds may be requested, what is non-refundable, and how to submit a request.

Last updated: 24 July 2026

Section 1

Core Principle

Payments to DFBooking Recruitment Services are for professional expertise, consulting, research, document preparation and support services — not for a guaranteed outcome. Services are billed in stages, and each stage represents professional work.

Section 2

Seven-Day Refund Window

Clients may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of payment for a service stage, provided work on that stage has not started. Once work on a stage has started, that stage is non-refundable.

Section 3

When Work Is Considered Started

A service stage is considered to have started as soon as any of the following take place:

  • Consultation or intake call held
  • Eligibility assessment prepared
  • Résumé review or writing commenced
  • Career coaching session delivered
  • Employer or partner engagement initiated on your behalf
  • University search or institution shortlisting produced
  • Document review or preparation started
  • Application preparation or submission commenced
  • Student counselling delivered
  • Interview preparation delivered
  • Administrative processing performed
  • Personalised consulting or reports produced

Section 4

Future Unpaid Stages

Future unpaid stages remain payable only if you agree to proceed or continue engaging our services. You may decline future stages at any time — you will only be charged for stages you have authorised.

Section 5

Third-Party Fees

Government fees, embassy fees, visa fees, examination fees, translation fees, courier fees, licensing fees, university application fees and any other third-party costs are not refundable by DFBooking, unless refunded by the relevant provider. We can assist you in requesting a refund from the third party but cannot guarantee an outcome.

Section 6

Digital Downloads & Completed Deliverables

Digital downloads, completed personalised documents, reports, templates and consulting deliverables already provided are non-refundable once delivered.

Section 7

No Guarantee of Outcome

DFBooking does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, admission, scholarships, visa approval, immigration approval, licensing, permanent residence or any other specific result. A denial, rejection or unfavourable decision by any third party is not a basis for a refund of fees already earned.

Section 8

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@dfbooking.com and include:

  • Full name and account email
  • Service or stage for which the refund is requested
  • Date and method of payment
  • Reason for the request

Section 9

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable period using the original payment method, where possible. Bank, gateway or currency conversion fees may reduce the final amount received.

Section 10

Disputes

If you believe a refund request has been declined incorrectly, you may escalate to admin@dfbooking.com for review. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

Section 11

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your payment applies to that payment.
