Section 1
Purpose
This Client Service Agreement (“Agreement”) defines the professional relationship between DFBooking Recruitment Services (“DFBooking”) and the client (“you”, “Client”) engaging DFBooking for paid services. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and applicable disclaimers.
Section 2
Scope of Services
DFBooking may provide, subject to your specific engagement, recruitment services, career coaching, résumé and cover letter services, employer sourcing and matching, study abroad guidance, university and programme search, application preparation and submission support, interview preparation, and related consulting.
Section 3
No Guarantee of Results
DFBooking does not guarantee any of the following:
- Employment or job offers
- Interviews or employer selection
- University or college admission
- Scholarships or funding awards
- Visa or immigration approval
- Work permits or permanent residence
- Professional licensing outcomes
Payment to DFBooking is for professional services rendered — expertise, research, coaching, preparation, coordination and support — not for a specific outcome.
Section 4
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information.
- Supply genuine documents lawfully obtained.
- Respond to advisor requests within reasonable timeframes.
- Meet deadlines set by employers, institutions, embassies and DFBooking.
- Review documents prepared on your behalf before final submission where feasible.
Section 5
DFBooking Responsibilities
- Deliver services with reasonable care and professional skill.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Communicate professionally and in a timely manner.
- Perform services within the scope agreed for each stage.
Section 6
Stage-Based Payment Structure
Fees are billed in defined stages. Examples of stages include:
- Eligibility assessment and pathway plan.
- Résumé and cover letter services.
- Career coaching or interview preparation.
- Employer sourcing, matching and outreach.
- University search and shortlisting.
- Document preparation and application submission.
- Post-decision guidance and coordination.
Fees for a stage become earned when work on that stage begins, as described in the Refund Policy.
Section 7
Refund Policy (Incorporated)
The Refund Policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In summary: refunds may be requested within seven (7) calendar days of payment provided work on the relevant stage has not started; once work has started, that stage is non-refundable; third-party fees are not refundable by DFBooking.
Section 8
Confidentiality
DFBooking will protect the confidentiality of client information and only disclose it as reasonably necessary to deliver the services or to comply with legal obligations. Clients likewise agree to keep confidential any DFBooking materials, methodologies or non-public information disclosed during the engagement.
Section 9
Third-Party Services
Employers, educational institutions, embassies, immigration authorities, licensing bodies and other organisations make independent decisions on hiring, admission, funding, visas and licensing. DFBooking is not responsible for their decisions, timelines, communications or delays.
Section 10
Document Accuracy
The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving submitted documents where feasible. DFBooking will make reasonable efforts to check quality, but final responsibility for the accuracy of Client-supplied information rests with the Client.
Section 11
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DFBooking’s aggregate liability under this Agreement is limited to the total fees actually paid by the Client to DFBooking for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event. DFBooking is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunities or expectations. Nothing in this Agreement excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Section 12
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement on written notice. Fees earned for work already begun remain payable. Provisions of this Agreement intended to survive (confidentiality, liability, governing law) survive termination.
Section 13
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government action, embassy closures, strikes, infrastructure failures or third-party outages.
Section 14
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws specified in DFBooking’s official business documentation, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
Section 15
Updates
DFBooking may update this Agreement periodically. The version in effect at the time you engage a service applies to that engagement. Material changes will be posted on this page.
Section 16
Electronic Acceptance
You accept this Agreement by (a) purchasing a service, (b) making payment, (c) checking a mandatory acceptance box during registration, consultation or checkout, (d) signing electronically, or (e) continuing to use DFBooking’s services after being provided with this Agreement. Where supported by our application, we record the acceptance event, timestamp and policy version.
