Candidate Terms

Terms governing your use of DFBooking Recruitment Services as a candidate, student or applicant.

Last updated: 24 July 2026

Section 1

Scope

These Candidate Terms apply to individuals who register with, submit information to, or engage DFBooking for recruitment, career, coaching or application services. They supplement our general Terms & Conditions.

Section 2

Accurate Information

Candidates must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information about their identity, education, work history, qualifications, right to work and any other information required to represent them professionally.

Section 3

Document Authenticity

All documents you submit — including CVs, transcripts, certificates, references, identification and financial evidence — must be genuine and lawfully obtained. Submission of falsified, altered or fraudulent documents is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination and referral to authorities.

Section 4

Professional Conduct

  • Communicate respectfully with DFBooking staff, employers, partners and institutions.
  • Attend scheduled interviews, tests and consultations promptly.
  • Notify DFBooking in advance of any conflict, illness or scheduling issue.
  • Do not misrepresent yourself, another candidate or DFBooking.

Section 5

Communication

Candidates must respond to DFBooking, employer and institution communications in a reasonable time. Failure to respond may cause your file to be paused, deprioritised or closed. DFBooking communicates only through official channels — see our Anti-Fraud Notice.

Section 6

Application Responsibilities

Candidates remain responsible for reviewing all applications, documents and correspondence submitted on their behalf before final submission where feasible, for meeting deadlines, and for complying with employer, institution and immigration requirements.

Section 7

Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to defraud DFBooking, employers, institutions or authorities — including impersonation, fake references, forged documents or fraudulent payments — will result in immediate termination, forfeiture of fees for stages already begun, and referral to law enforcement.

Section 8

Account Suspension

DFBooking may suspend or terminate a candidate’s account for breach of these Terms, missed obligations, abusive conduct, or repeated failure to respond. Suspended candidates remain liable for fees earned to that point.

Section 9

No Guarantee of Outcome

DFBooking does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, admission, scholarships or visa outcomes. See our Recruitment Services Disclaimer and Study Abroad Disclaimer.
