Section 1
Scope
These Employer Terms apply to any organisation that engages DFBooking Recruitment Services (“DFBooking”) to source, screen, present or place candidates. They supplement our general Terms & Conditions.
Section 2
Employer Obligations
- Provide accurate, lawful and non-discriminatory job descriptions.
- Comply with all applicable employment, labour, immigration and data protection laws.
- Provide truthful information about salary, benefits, start date and working conditions.
- Notify DFBooking promptly of any change in a role, hiring decision or candidate status.
- Treat all candidates fairly and professionally, and comply with equal-opportunity requirements.
Section 3
Non-Discrimination
Employers must not request that DFBooking screen out or prefer candidates on the basis of race, colour, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, marital or family status, disability, age or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
Section 4
Candidate Confidentiality
Employers must treat candidate information provided by DFBooking as confidential, use it solely for hiring purposes, and not share it with unrelated third parties. Candidate data must not be added to unrelated employer databases or used for further recruitment without the candidate’s consent.
Section 5
Recruitment Fees
Recruitment fees are agreed in writing (retainer, contingent, placement, subscription or hybrid). Fees are typically calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s annual compensation or as a fixed placement fee. Fees are earned when a candidate accepts an offer sourced through DFBooking, subject to any agreed replacement guarantee.
Section 6
Payment Obligations
Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may accrue interest and reasonable collection costs. See our Payment Terms for full details.
Section 7
Non-Circumvention
Employers agree not to directly or indirectly engage, hire or refer candidates introduced by DFBooking outside the agreed engagement for a reasonable period following introduction, without payment of the applicable fee.
Section 8
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement on written notice. Fees earned for candidates already presented or hired remain payable. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
Section 9
Liability
DFBooking’s liability to an employer is limited as set out in our Terms & Conditions. DFBooking is not liable for a candidate’s performance, conduct, resignation or fitness for a role beyond reasonable due-diligence checks.
