Section 1
Stage Payments
Services are billed in stages. Each stage represents a defined package of professional work and is quoted before you agree to proceed. You are only invoiced for stages you authorise.
Section 2
Invoices
Invoices are issued electronically to the email address on your account. Each invoice states the service, stage, amount, due date and payment instructions. Please retain invoices for your records.
Section 3
Accepted Payment Methods
DFBooking accepts payment through the methods listed on the invoice or checkout page, which may include bank transfer, card payment, and other verified payment gateways. We do not accept cash payments to individual staff, cryptocurrency, or transfers to personal accounts.
Section 4
Currency
Fees are quoted in the currency stated on the invoice. Where you pay in a different currency, your bank or gateway’s exchange rate and fees apply.
Section 5
Taxes
Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties or levies unless expressly stated. You are responsible for any taxes required by your jurisdiction.
Section 6
Service Activation
Work on a stage typically begins after cleared payment for that stage is received. Certain preparatory activities (intake calls, initial reviews) may occur before payment where agreed.
Section 7
Late Payments
Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing work, deferral of application submissions, and reasonable interest or collection costs where permitted by law.
Section 8
Outstanding Balances
Outstanding balances must be cleared before further services are provided, documents are released or applications are submitted. DFBooking is not obliged to continue work while amounts remain unpaid.
Section 9
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Third-party fees paid on your behalf are not refundable by DFBooking unless refunded by the third party.
